Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our executive team. The CTO will be responsible for developing and implementing custom software technology strategy in alignment with our business goals and objectives, ensuring the technology infrastructure supports Salvex’s current and future needs, and leading a team of developers, engineers, and other technology professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement custom software technology strategy in alignment with the business goals and objectives
• Design, create code, and improve our company web pages, programs, and applications
• Ensure that the technology infrastructure supports Salvex’s current and future needs
• Manage and lead a team of developers, engineers, and other technology professionals
• Oversee the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve Salvex’s online presence and drive traffic to our website
• Manage programming and development efforts, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products and services
• Perform data management utilizing Artificial Intelligence.
• Ensure the stability of Salvex’s platforms and processes
• Oversee the hosting and server infrastructure, ensuring maximum uptime and optimal performance
• Develop and implement security measures to protect Salvex’s data and systems from threats
• Oversee activity of backups, network management, SEO team, AWS, and all tech issues

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years of experience during various CTO duties outlined above
• Experience creating online software/platforms
• Proven experience in managing and leading teams of developers and engineers
• Proven experience in SEO
• Proven experience with AI implementation of data management.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders
